Owners’ comments
Charming cottage of 3 bedrooms situated on one of the most beautiful streets of Candiac, in a peaceful district with mature trees. The same owners for several years.
Many renovations over the years (supporting invoices), in particular kitchen, roof, basement, bathrooms, electrical panel, air conditioner, furnace, doors and windows, fireplace and shed. Connecting to the municipal services were redone at the same time as the street in 2010.
