This property is located in a peaceful and family area. The backyard is connected to a beautiful parc with a children's playground. The backyard is large with an amazing pool and a metal gazebo. We lived in this amazing house forever and this property is turnkey, renovated with modern taste. The kitchen has a beautiful counter made of quartz and the laundry room has 5 big cupboards.
There is an elementary and a highschool close by, walking distance.
The city of Chambly has multiples bikes lanes, parcs and green spaces. Also, we have the beautiful Bassin of Chambly with the Fort of Chambly, with multiples restaurants and terraces.
This is a city where it's good to be living in. We will also have a station for the REM soon and we have excellent transportation with buses and shuttles throughout the city.
Finally, the city taxes are low and we have great services.
