Well maintained and well lit condo located on the 3rd floor. Offer accepted.
Beautiful, very peaceful area. The location is ideal. The condo is up to date, bathroom renovated and in excellent condition. O'gee moldings. Air conditioning 12,000 BTU Locker and two outdoor parking spaces. Front and rear balconies. This condo is turnkey.
All windows changed, and the rear patio door with lock to be able to enter from the back. The front patio door will be changed in spring 2021.
The possession date can be of 30 days or to be discussed.
Note: Snow removal, lawn maintenance, cleaning of common areas, building insurance, other costs, are all included in the condominium fees.
