Nice bungalow, three rooms, with a carport and a long driveway that fits 3 cars easily.
Less than 2 minutes from highway 30 and less than 10 from Mercier Bridge.
Located in a roundabout which makes it a very calm sector. Also located near every facility; ie daycare, schools, parks, pharmacy.
The ground floor is a spacious open area comprising the kitchen, dining area and living room.
It also comprises two well-proportioned rooms with the third in the basement. It is also possible to convert the living room on the ground level or even in the basement into a fourth room if need be.
All rooms have floating wood floors except for the two bathrooms which have ceramic.
The basement is also a very big open space area with a fully functional sauna.
