4 ½ garden level condo. Neighborhood of La Citière, in La Prairie. 

Well-divided space with a nice open area, and very well located.

Rooms: 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet, living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 storage rooms inside the condo.

Ground-level balcony: separated into 2 sections, with room for a patio set and a BBQ. Accessible from the patio doors. 

Parking space: 1 exterior parking space reserved for the owners, and a few spaces are available for visitors.

Very well located: very peaceful neighborhood, close to amenities.

Building: Roof renovated in 2018, new carpet in all the corridors, no special contribution / major renovation is expected in the near future. 

Within a one-minute walking distance:
