We offer to you to live in a well located townhouse (this House is not a condominium) near schools, parks, sports grounds, stores and other services. With 3 bedrooms on second floor and basement garage heated. This place is located close to many bus routes which move towards Longueuil terminal, Panama and at the rush hours towards downtown Montreal. The owners are very flexible about taking possession. "Tempo" type car shelters, storage cabinets in the dining room and basement, curtains and blinds, included. Possibility to include appliances. Flexible possession. Entrance Hall Luminaire excluded.
Several restorations were made since 2010:
2010, floating floor in the living room and the hall of the ground floor like for all the rooms. New toilet and ceramics of the powder room. Laundry area in the basement. 100 A electric box and heating of the garage by Dragon ceiling convector.
2011, restoration of the basement: replacement of the window of the basement and construction of a closet doubled in cedar, completion of the walls and plasterboard ceiling.
