Owners’ comments
Superb and big condo with 1,140 sq. ft. build in 2021 situated near Highway 30 and between Quartier DIX30 and Promenade St-Bruno. On the second floor and in the corner of the building. Very sunny with very big windows in the living room facing south. All services are near the condo.
Ceiling at 9 ft, kitchen with more than 8 ft island, bathroom with separated bathtub and glass shower, wall unit A/C, and a 10 x 14 balcony.
