Large land, good landscape, 3 parking space, intimate Fence, Patio stone paved, 2nd wooden patio with gazebo 4 seasons on large balcony with stairs wide and 6 flower boxes.
The first floor offers of a very large kitchen with backsplash which is equipped with a pantry, a large dining room, living room and a washroom.
