Located at 365 De Châteauguay street, apt.250 (The Square). Concrete building. Quiet and sunny.

Full time concierge and administrator.

Excellent contingency fund.  Very safe and well kept building.

Washing and drying machines included in the apartment and laundry room on the ground floor.

Dishwasher included. Range hood included.

AC unit (Friedrich) with protective boxes for the winter. (indoor and outdoor).

Balcony with ceramic floor.

Condo fees including electricity and heating.

Indoor parking close to the  elevator.

Locker on the same floor as the apartment, in front of the elevators. 

Near public transport, stores, schools, Cegep and Sherbrooke University.
