Owners’ comments
Enjoy great walks, hiking, cycling and skiing in the winter simply by crossing the street. Strategic location close to all services: primary school 5 min. walking, daycare, groceries, SAQ, Canadian Tire, Pierre Boucher Hospital, restaurants, public transport at the corner of the street and a quick access to the 132, the 20, the 30, the Jacques Cartier bridge and the bridge tunnel.
All rooms are a good size and very bright. Beautiful wood fireplace in living room. Oak strip floor: living room, dining room. 3 bedrooms upstairs. Ceramic tile in kitchen, kitchenette as well as laundry room. Bathroom redone in 2013. Very large family room with pool table in the basement. Very private large lot with mature trees and cedar hedge.
