Strategic location close to all services: primary school 5 min. walking, daycare, groceries, SAQ, Canadian Tire, Pierre Boucher Hospital, restaurants, public transport at the corner of the street and a quick access to the 132, the 20, the 30, the Jacques Cartier bridge and the bridge tunnel.

All rooms are a good size and very bright. Beautiful wood fireplace in living room. Oak strip floor: living room, dining room. 3 bedrooms upstairs. Ceramic tile in kitchen, kitchenette as well as laundry room. Bathroom redone in 2013. Very large family room with pool table in the basement.
