Bright and airy 2nd storey condo, with an amazing and rare view of Saint-Hilaire mountain. Contains a large master bedroom with walk-in closet, as well as two other bedrooms. The condo has a large common balcony with a second entrance, in addition to the front balcony. Large bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub and a separate shower. Has lots of storage space.
The condo is located in the heart of Mont-Saint-Hilaire, less than 5 minutes walk from grocery stores, restaurants, SAQ, a medical and dental clinic, the municipal pool and library. It is equally close to daycares, and the local elementary school and high school. Easy access to public transit.
