To visit beginning May 8th! Nice Canadian renovated cottage, searched and quiet area (Pommeraie). 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Big intimate lot with mature trees.

Located on a quiet and wooded street, this house with its tin roof and field stone walls has great cachet. Well-kept and renovated with care through the years, it has large rooms and an integrated garage.

The big entrance gives access to the huge living room. It is enhanced by the field stone mantel and its cast iron pellet fireplace. It contributes to create a comfy atmosphere during cold winter nights.

The renovated shaker style kitchen has solid and functional yellow birch cabinets. It is open on the dining room perfect to receive big families. It also gives access to the garage.

The hall, kitchen and bathrooms floors are made of heated ceramic. It's great comfort for your feet.

The two bathrooms have been renovated. The ground floor's one has a glass shower really trendy and first floor's one a deep bath.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom is enough big to be split if needed. Each room has a nice dormer. There is a walkin in the master bedroom, and it gives access to the laundry room. Really practical.

We have access to the basement by a nice stair made of oak, and we discover a family room that you can use as a home theater or as a play room. You can find another room, or you can use it as an office. Finally, there is a convenient large unfinished room to fit your storage space needs. A lot of cabinets and shelves are really practical.

Near the Mont-Saint-Hilaire mountain and its wonderful orchards, the primary and secondary schools and the Lamartine park. Alongside the Saint-Hilaire train and access to public transportation.

A lot of works done through the years: kitchen, different flooring, basement, tin roof, two bathrooms, thermos and much more.

Inclusion: Hood fan, garage door opener, stores and curtains, pellet stove, central vacuum, basement bar cabinet, ethanol stove in the master bedroom, cast iron exterior fireplace

Exclusion: Suspended fixture in the master bedroom.
