Warm hearted House offering space and a lot of light in the most research neighboorhood in St-Bruno (5 minutes of walk from the St-Bruno Hill. more than 10 000 ft2 of landscape with 3 faboulous pinetrees. Cathedral Roofs in the dining room, loundge and kitchen.
Very efficient and low cost bi-energy heating and low combustion fire place inserted in the former chinmey. All windows were replaced, including a large 8 ft patio door for accessing the patio constructed in 2011. A cold room is present in the basement to conserv wine and food. All walls have been painted since 2010. This house has been consistently improved since 2010.
