Construction 2008. Warm house, no renovation to be made and with current tastes. 5 bedrooms which 2 on the main floor and 3 in the basement. There is one with a walk - in. Heating floors in the kitchen as well in the 2 bathrooms. Mouldings in the common area. Central vacuum cleaner that included a trap in the kitchen.
