Owners’ comments
Single family home, turnkey renovated in 2018-19 located in a quiet corner. Possibility of 4 bedrooms. We have been the only owners since its construction and have maintained it with care.
Access to the bridges is easy, we have been working in Montreal for 18 years without problems. All services are less than 10 minutes walk; access to parks, daycares, elementary and high-schools, convenience store, train and buses. There is a gas station, municipal services including a library, an arena and a municipal aquatic centre to come.
The backyard with its large inground pool, the concrete patio, its ornamental and glass fences are welcoming, safe and easy to maintain. The landscaping, planned by a landscaper is beautiful and easy to maintain.
The first floor is warm with a living room a dining room and a very efficient kitchen. The 2 bedrooms are furnished with lots of storage space. The master bedroom offers a large walk-in. A room above the garage is easily addable and a room in the basement. There is a large full laundry room in the basement with lots of storage. She can accommodate a bathroom and shower in the future.
