PURCHASE OFFER ACCEPTED - SUSPENDED VISITS
This is the perfect house for a young family who wishes to live in a village that offers all the commodities of the city but in a secure and calm environment. Outdoors activities are at the corner with the beautiful mountains (St-Hilaire & Rougement) surrounding us!
You kids are at a walking distance to primary school and you can see the park from the balcony of your property. Your intimacy is assured by a cedar hedge of over 10 feet high and the huge patio (26 X 14) connected by a gate to the heated pool promises hours of fun this summer! An 8 X10 shed is an additional storage unit that is much appréciated.
Note that the roof will be entirely replaced un July 2020.
