Beautiful cottage in a nice neighborhood of Prés-Vert. 5 minutes walking for primary school, park, grocery stores and Walmart. Easy access property, 15 minutes from Champlain Bridge, 5 minutes from autoroute 35 and route 104. A lot of renovations done in 2014 and 2015. Cottage with 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and one newly renovated bathroom with quality Quebec materials. There is a water room on the ground floor with washing and drying machine entry.
