Superb open concept condo, very bright, large windows with 9 foot ceilings. Located in a beautiful neighborhood, recent and family area. Close to all services (grocery stores, pharmacy, schools, daycare, arena, park). Single owner since construction. Very inexpensive in electricity.
2 outdoor asphalt parking lots with shed and balcony (terrace). Individual and independent entrance. Only 4 condos in the building. Wall-mounted air-conditioned air, air exchanger and central vacuum cleaner. Access to a 12 km cycle path 2 minutes walk. Only 15 minutes from Pont Mercier and 10 minutes from Highway 30.
