On the same floor there is a shower room including double and laundry room separated by a sliding door. On the same floor there is a closed room that can be used as a bedroom or an office with a view on the front of the house. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms whose master bedroom is adjacent to the bathroom (bath, shower double sinks).

In the basement, there are 15' x 25' living room with propane fireplace and counter (bar) with floating floor cover (finished room), and the rest of the basement is not finished, there are also 2 closed rooms which one of them can very well serve as a bedroom or other necessities and the other for storage.
