IDEAL LOCATION! Located in a roundabout, this cottage offers a great neighborhood life. Very quiet area with easy access to highways 20 and 30 and 30 minutes from downtown Montreal. Close to primary and secondary schools, daycare centers, pharmacies, grocery stores, medical clinics.
Built in 2007 (ONLY ONE OWNER).
This home offers 2 full bathrooms and one half-bathroom. Three bedrooms upstairs (Including one with a walk-in) and a large family room.
The kitchen has a large island with custom integrated drawers. A convenient walk-in pantry is also available. The dining room attached to the kitchen allows you to keep contact with your guests.
