Avoid traffic and bridges! Magnificent and unique centennial property (1875) with carved stone on all four sides, it has kept its charm of yesteryear but with modern comforts. Close to the linear park and bike path along the Rivière des Prairies, it is located near schools and college, hospital (Sacré-Coeur), public transit (line 69 on l'Acadie Blvd.) and has quick access to Highway 15. It is also easy to cross to Laval using the railway bridge over Perry Island.
* Large backyard with mature trees.
* Kitchen and bathroom / laundry room redone in 2009 (granite countertops, Torlys cork flooring for warmth and comfort).
* Bathroom completely redone in 2007 (including whirlpool bath and color therapy, travertine marble floor).
