Beautiful, light-filled, large, divided unit located directly in front of the Université de Montréal, and next to the best schools (Jean de Brébeuf around the corner, UdM and HEC 500 meters away). Also about 400 metres from the Université de Montréal metro station, the Montreal Jewish hospital, Sainte-Justine and Saint-Mary. Easy parking with a sticker on the street, and the possibility of renting a parking space from one of your neighbors.
Approximately 1,000 sq. ft. in size, this unit offers 2 bedrooms (one single, one double that can be separated to create a 3rd bedroom), an office area, a laundry room, a dining room, a bathroom with bath/shower and a kitchen with dishwasher hook-up, a lovely terrace and lots of storage behind the unit as well as in the basement (2 lockers). Heating, hot water and insurance paid for by condominium fees. The following renovations were carried out by the owners in the last 5 years:
- 18,000 btu heat pump to keep cool in summer, and warm in winter in case of main heating failure;
- high-efficiency hydronic heating system (97%) - it's usually 22 degrees inside the unit;
