Unique single-family, semi-detached, intergenerational, with an open concept. Very spacious house: 2150 square feet of living area (very much above the average). Completely and carefully renovated over the years. Bright with its three skylights and its many windows. Heated floors on the entire surface of the first floor and the bathroom: a real joy! Basement accommodation with possibility of rental income. Beautiful backyard.Located in the prime area of Notre-Dame-de-Grâce.
