A walk to Monkland village, Metro, Buses, Parks and Schools. Young couple moved in two years ago and are moving away to be closer to their parents realizing that they need their help now taking care of their first baby. In anticipation of staying at this location for many years, the couple has done $120,000 of renovations less than two years ago, making this an ideal home for a family or couple wanting to live very comfortably.
