Charming two-bedroom divided condominium in the heritage-designated area at the base of St. Joseph Oratory.
Next to all the amenities offered in Cote-des-Neiges, including great restaurants, Metro stations, University of Montreal, primary/secondary schools, daycares, bakeries, banks, post office, shopping, groceries, hospitals, bars, and Mount Royal park. Almost everything you need is less than a 5-10 minute walk away.
Kitchen was fully renovated in 2011 (with laundry machine). Hardwood floors throughout the condo (except bathroom). There is a small balcony off the living room.
During the past 5 years, all windows in the building were replaced and all exterior brick/stonework reconditioned. All exterior building renovations took place under the close supervision of architects and conform to City of Montreal heritage regulations for the area.
Condo belongs to a 16-unit fully divided building which is almost fully occupied by the owners themselves (only two rental units), who care a great deal about the building.
There is a full-time, live-in concierge for the building who keeps the building clean and functioning. Large storage locker in basement included.
No designated parking included, but street parking is easy to find in the neighborhood and even easier with a city parking permit ($60/year). There is also heated underground parking available 3 minutes away, next door at the Rockhill apartment complex (approx. $80-$90/month).
