Recently built condo, well divided and open space. Superior soundproofing. Large bedroom and an office that can also serve as training room or a small nursery. Several storage spaces available in the bedroom, in the office with the laundry room, in the entrance and in the bathroom.
Good condominium management by third party.
Ideal for: young couples, students, workers working in academia, healthcare or working downtown.
