Superb turnkey condo near the University of Montréal, Polytechnique, HEC, Brébeuf and Stanislas colleges, Ste-Justine, Jewish and St-Mary's hospitals and at a 5 minutes walk from the Canora REM station giving a quick access to downtown Montréal and all of the REM transport network.

The property is on the top floor of a quiet building with 12 units split between 3 floors. With 9 feet ceilings throughout, the condo has 2 bedrooms. The hardwood floors and paint were just redone. A split air conditioning / heating unit was installed in 2013 and baseboards insure the main heating. An exclusive storage space is included in the basement.
