Move-in ready, maintained over the years by meticulous owners, this house is the perfect mix of old NDG charm and modern updates.
Oak floors and baseboards in perfect condition. High ceilings. The entire house was recently repainted.
The kitchen, basement and bathrooms have been recently redone.
Kitchen: High-end as range, hood and dishwasher included. Custom-made lacquered cherry cabinets and bistro table / island. Lots of storage. Granite countertops
All lighting fixtures are included (except in the dining room).
Insulated roof redone. Very low heating costs, due to many energy efficiency measures put in place after an expert report.
The backyard is an oasis of greenery with many mature trees around. Large terasse connected to the kitchen through a patio door, that includes a sheltered section and a gazebo. Shed on the side of the house for easy storage of bikes and gardening tools
