Excellent condo on the 2nd floor: corner unit in a peaceful neighbourhood, 3 bedrooms, one of bedrooms has a walk-in closet, beautiful brick fireplace in a living room. Outdoor pool with 2 minutes walk. 1 parking space, extra parking is available per request, a large storage space in the basement. Wrap around balcony is facing South and East provides continuous direct sunshine all day long. A very warm and cozy in winter time!
Condo located close to all services. Near the Sunnybrook train station. A short walking distance to the Pharmaprix, a few parks and a bicycle / pedestrian path with a very close access to Highway 40, Plaza Des Sources, Cinema Guzzo, Super C, Winners, Dollarama, Jean Coutu, lots of restaurants and etc. The Dollard Civic Centre housing the library, hockey arena and swimming pool is right across the street. This location is very convenient.
