Beautiful and cozy house located in a cul-de-sac of a neighbourhood of choice. Within walking distance of the waterfront and its bike and walking paths , the commuter train station it is ideally located. In addition, it is in proximity of Dixie Park and its pool , Carrignan Park and its tennis courts, Lachine Hospital, highways 13,20 and 520.
Many renovations (windows and doors, bi-energy furnace, kitchen, bathrooms, basement with cedar wardrobes, large deck , roof , oil thank) were done over the years.
