A condo located equidistant walk from the Angrignon metro station and Carrefour Angrignon, about 3 minutes. Facing Angrignon Park on a very quiet and little busy street, which gives you access at an outdoor parking assured, in addition to your indoor parking. Proximity: Bicycle path, cross contry skiing, Public transport.
Condo in a secure building with elevator, a trash chute on the same level, storage in the apartment 3'x7'4''. Walk-In the master bedroom with 6'9''x5'2, gas fireplace, 2 heat pumps, 3 ceiling fans, hot tub & separate shower, granite counter kitchen and bathroom. Large balcony that allows you to cook outside. An indoor parking with storage 10' x 3'. Possibility to rent another parking space for a small fee.
