This condo is located on the 2nd floor, in the corner of the unit making it bright and sunny all day long. It has 9 foot high ceilings, wood floors and 2 balconies. The big back balcony is overlooking a green space allowing you to enjoy the outdoors.
Located a short walking distance from grocery stores, strip mall, pharmacies, LaSalle General Hospital, schools, public transportation, parks and a bike path along the St. Lawrence River.
Condo co-ownership association is very well maintained. Low condo fees (below $100/month), have not changed since 1st year. Annual services include snow removal, lawn maintenance, sprinkler system, and spray for spiders.
