Renovated duplex for the owner to live in. Situated at 300 m from the St-Laurence River right beside the Lachine Rapides and of the bird sanctuary. Summer: cycle path is at 300 m, parc with festivals and outside dancing, kayaking and winter cross country skiing.
100 m from the bus stop 58 or 109 and within 10 minutes you're at the metro to bring you downtown (BERRI metro from the house is in total 35 min) Primary school is 200 m away, bus to secondary school and CEGEP is a 15 min walk. 5-minute drive ou 20 min walk to all groceries, pharmacies, cinemas, etc. all is close. Back alleyway is grass but accessible by car also.
