Beautiful duplex, ideal for small family or investors. Convenient, close to all services; shops, grocery stores, daycares, public transit, schools, CEGEP, hospital, etc. Ten minutes from the Angrignon metro (4 km). Road access very easy.
The main unit has a kitchen with oak cabinets, a hot plate and a built-in oven. A wall mounted heat pump completes the comfort of the occupants.
