Ideal condo for a young family.  

Our short street ends in the school yard of École Laurier and the Laurier metro station is besides it.  There is a Metro grocery store very close. So close that you can quickly run an errand and return without your the risotto having stuck to the bottom of the pan. Laurier park is at a close walking distance.  

The condo is on 2 floors. The upper floor is slightly above street level. The bedrooms and the main bathroom containing a bath and a large shower (renovated in 2015) are found on the lower floor.
