Industrial inspired loft on ground level/garden level of a historic building (Lofts HB La Grenade):
Located east of Plateau Mont-Royal, essential services and shops within 5 min, large parks (Parc Baldwin 1 min walk), public swimming pool next door. Bike path in front of the property and several bus stops nearby (Walk Score 83 and Biker's Paradise Score 100). Tranquil area, but close to everything... the Plateau at its best.
