Nice duplex located right in the middle of very select district Plateau Mont-Royal. It is really very close to all services: restaurants, fitness, bixi racks, pubs, schools, groceries, banks, coffee-shops and many other stores. Located between Mont-Royal avenue and La Fontaine Park, at less than 10 minutes walk of Mont-Royal metro station, with direct access at bike route
The back yard is fenced, it is sunny (west side) with a mature tree giving a cozy place. It can be used for a nice playground for children or for fine evenings on the terrace during Summer time. The alley is quiet.
