3-bedroom residence and outbuilding for family life in the heart of Plateau Mont-Royal on a nice and quiet street, near the Laurier metro; Mont-Royal, Saint-Denis, and Laurier streets; restaurants, shops and services; as well as parks Sir Wilfrid Laurier and Lafontaine.

The house and its outhouse accommodate all cycles of family life, from the infancy and his need for supervision, through adolescence and its gradual need for independence and autonomy. The bright and friendly ground floor is laid out as an open area and enjoys the light of a skylight and the large windows onto the lovely, quiet and well-landscaped yard. The beautiful master bedroom has alcoves and a balcony access which contribute to the richness of the space as well as 13 linear feet of storage space divided into 2 closets, one of which is equipped with a sink. An air conditioning unit located on the 2nd floor allows adequate cooling of the entire house.

1989 Transformation from duplex to cottage: two floors entirely stripped and renovated: electricity, plumbing, insulation, sound insulation of the side walls, windows, roofs, exterior aerial walkway and steel staircase.

1993 New PVC doors and windows at rear walls.

1998: 2 murals by artist Yves Prud'homme.

2001: Rejointing of stone wall.
