Unique place renovated over the years by 2 artists who were able to highlight the antique touch and add a modern feeling to it. This duplex used to be a triplex. On the ground floor, a 3 bedrooms apartment is rented $990/month and has a beautiful back yard with mature trees. The apartment above is on 2 floors. Kitchen and living room "loft style" are located on the 2nd floor and 5 bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the 3rd floor. This huge apartment is rented $2,100/month and has a wood stove for cold winter and a nice patio for the summer with a beautiful view of the church, the trees and the sunset. Electricity and plumbing have be changed in the past years. The roof (membrane) is recent (2011). This house is located in the wonderful Pointe-Saint-Charles neighborhood in the South-West area of Montreal, by the train tracks :), walking distance from the Lachine canal, metro, Atwater market and Griffintown.
