Owners’ comments
Looking for a cottage, totally affordable even though in the heart of Montreal? Here is a charming victorian house, over 100 years old, with lots of character and within a stone's throw of very sought-after Saint-Henri Square. Il has been converted from the original triplex to a duplex, with a large flat on 1st floor, and a cottage-style flat on the upper floors (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). The perfect multi-generation house.
In walking or biking distance of downtown Montreal, MUHC, Concordia University, Dawson College, Atwater Market, lots of restos and cafés, 2 metro stations, bike paths, autoroutes, etc.
In very good condition, very well maintained by the same live-in owners for more than 30 years. Could also very easily be converted back to a classic triplex.
