Beautiful semi-detached well located in a quiet area with a nice view on Eugène-d'Ostie Park. Perfect area for a young family or retired people. Close to a nature park. Two primary schools, pharmacy, IGA, a municipal park, golf, traverse Laval-sur-le-lac. Landscaped and fenced yard. Very bigs patios, (12x10) + (12X14), gazebo, shed (8X 10). Electric installation ready for spa. The synthetic grass on one side of the patio. central vacuum 2013. Alarm system.
A lot of brightness. Nice landscaping. Big walk-in in the master bedroom with a lot of space. Nice neighborhood. 10 min walk from the park and 20 min from IGA and Jean Coutu.
A wall bed in one room, dishwasher and fixtures included. The heat pump (2013).
