Modern, bright, and clean condo located at Zuni in the Pointe-Nord of Nun's Island. Extremely well maintained, built in 2011, with 1 closed bedroom and a den used as a 2nd (child's) bedroom. This can be an office. 9-foot ceilings, gorgeous granite kitchen counter (black), dark engineered floors throughout the condo, air conditioning as well as 5 appliances included (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, 2 in 1 washer/dryer), large windows in the living room and bedroom. Custom curtains in the living room and master bedroom. (Could be included)

The unit has lots of storage, kitchen cabinets, and 2 extra-large wardrobes, one in the bedroom and the second in the hallway.

The condo includes a parking space at SS1 (garage 1) as well as a locker. 15 Indoor visitor parking spaces are available in SS1.

Serein and safe neighborhood, building certified LEED. It is very well maintained, with Security/doorman and concierge on premise. Low condo fees in comparison to other buildings on the island.
