Biq house with 2 apartments: 9 1/2 & 3 1/2 (BI-GENERATION or like DUPLEX). Very close to HONORÉ-BEAUGRAND SUBWAY STATION, directly to downtown in juste 30 minutes. Large rooms with lots of light. Kitchen with oak cabinets. As a bonus, a large canopy with heated floor and view of the back yard. Beautiful and large back yard with trees, shrubs, water basin, waterfalls, vegetable garden and a large terrace. Roof redone in 2018. Quiet area but close to services and major roads and highways. Several primary, secondary schools and park nearby, ideal for a family.
