Very well designed floor plan maximizing living space. Quality wall-mounted air conditioning, Energy Star, under warranty for another 5 years. Electronic thermostat in each room. Layer of concrete (1.5") under floors. Large balcony at the back with storage space (locker). Very good condominium management.
