It is located in a quiet and family residential area on the edge of Anjou, 8 minutes walk from Honore-Beaugrand metro station and about 30 minutes from downtown. The advantages of the suburbs and the city united without their disadvantages. The house is also located a few meters from a park, primary and secondary schools, municipal swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), an arena, a community garden, Bixis and carsharing cars.

This house is perfect for a family with its 3 good sized rooms at the same level. The paved courtyard is lined with cedar hedges for greater privacy.
