This great condo divided on Lajoie Street is located on the 3rd floor of a semi detached triplex. So it is very bright and sunny. There is also a skylight. Located on a street near parks in the borough of Outremont and services (shops, banks, schools, day care centers, universities, theaters, library, sports center, arena, community center, restaurants, etc.). Do your shopping walking distance on streets with mature trees, have a coffee in restaurants Bernard Street. Steps from Outremont metro and bus lines 160-161 and near the future campus of the University of Montreal. Also, parking the car in the streets is easy.
