Very beautiful, bright and airy bungalow located in a family friendly neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac, close to all amenities.

The house is located on a street corner, lots of space for kids to play.

It is about 5 minutes from a renowned primary school in the west island, Ecole Murielle-Dumont, minutes from all the shopping, clinics, YMCA and other gyms, Fairview mall, restaurants, buses and Roxboro train station. Move-in condition!!

 List of updates and Reno's: 

2002: new windows on ground level.

2004: new front door, back door and garage door.

2009: installed new floating floors in basement, installed new ceiling in the whole basement plus ceiling heat and sound proof insulation, new electrical connections and pot lights, new doors and paint.

2010: changed all basement windows to PVC thermic pivot windows (7 windows), installed new garage door motor. City changed all the drainage systems and water supply system for the whole street.

2011: built a full washroom in the basement (all new plumbing) with integrated laundry room and changed all the cold and hot water supply to the whole house.

Lots of additions to the workshop (new cabinets and extra workbench)

Dug up backyard and left side of land around the house to slope land away from the house and drain excess water into new French drain that also collects all water from roof gutters (perfect system to prevent water accumulation).

Laid new grass all around the property and added many updates to the landscaping.

New fence built on left side of the property.

2012: updated main washroom, changed all doors in the house, painted the whole foundation and resurfaced the front porch and staircase.

2013: painted the whole house and workshop floor. 

2014: new roof 40 years guarantee on the shingle and 10 yrs roofing company warranty.

Completely renovated kitchen with granite counter top,large top quality stainless double sink, Grohe faucet, stainless steel hood with external outlet and new light fixtures.
