Our condo is in a dream location!!!

Currently it's been rented and tenants are moving out On May 1, 2024. The possession date would be May 1, 2024. For investors - this is a perfect rental property as its never been empty since we rent it out in 2011.

Very quiet neighborhood to live in, close to everything you need for life. Including but not limited to the train which goes to downtown in 20 minutes.

2 bedrooms plus one separate den room which is currently used as a third bedroom and could be used as an office room. Condo fees of only $365 per month and a large area of 95 square meters makes it a very good deal!
