Owners’ comments
Price negotiable. Spotless split level on quiet child-safe street. Beautiful hardwood floors, finished basement, home office, large windows for lots of sunlight. Mature corner lot. More than enough space to park a RV (back of house) and 4 cars (driveway). Fantastic neighbors. Decoration is dated - make it your own! Some upgrades already done: electric furnace conversion 2010, heat pump 2010, 200 amps 2010, Bain Magique 2004, roof 2001. Garage is being used as a workshop but easy conversion back as door is still installed. Bought house to be closer to work then lost job three months later --- found another job in Toronto so regretfully moving to Ontario.
